Day 16. I feel fulfilled since I was able to finish all the workout varieties I had to do today with flying colors. My butt is very happy that he was part of the exercises tonight. Day 14. Lazy after work gym session with Coach Albert. First workout of the week, a couple of ab exercises have been introduced. Dying as always but feeling a bit stronger. Consistency is key to reaching goals. People have started to notice the slight changes and improvements that my body is probably showing so that’s pretty awesome.
